On receipt of your booking, you will be sent an acknowledgement of booking together with a VAT invoice.  Your place is not guaranteed until payment has been received. 

An EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT is available - should you book your place on any of the courses listed at least 3 months in advance and pay for the course within 30 days of booking we'll give you a 10% discount on our normal published rates.  To be eligible for the discount, please remember to tick the EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT box when making your booking. 

We reserve the right to postpone courses if insufficient numbers of candidates are available to make the course viable.  A 50% cancellation fee is chargeable should delegates cancel within 14 days of the course date.
